These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TempVoice Discord bot (Discord Application ID: 762217899355013120) ("TempVoice" or "the Bot"), operated by Jonah Wilke ("the Creator"). By adding, accessing, or interacting with TempVoice in any way, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision in these Terms, you must not use the Bot.

The Creator grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the TempVoice Bot solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights in the Bot.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Bot
• Use the Bot for harassment, abuse, spam, or any unlawful or unethical purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality or integrity of TempVoice or any other system

Use of TempVoice is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 13. By using the Bot, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you must not use the Bot. The Creator reserves the right to terminate access and delete personal data collected from any user found to be under this age limit.

TempVoice offers a paid Premium Model that unlocks advanced features. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing, payment terms, and renewal conditions described herein. All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated.

All Premium payments are securely processed through Stripe, Inc.. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing via the payment method provided, managed through Stripe until cancellation. TempVoice does not store your payment data. Invoices and receipts are issued by Stripe.

If a payment fails, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded to the free tier until payment is successfully processed.

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time via your Stripe customer portal or by contacting the Creator. Upon cancellation, your benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time. Refunds are granted only where legally required.

The Creator has no control over payments processed by Discord Inc. and cannot issue or manage refunds for purchases made through the Discord platform. All payments made via Discord.com are subject to Discord Inc.'s Refund Policy. For any refund inquiries, please contact Discord Support directly.

Discord Refund Policy

By requesting or authorizing the Creator to host an instance of TempVoice on your behalf as part of the "Your Own Branding" Premium Plan, and by providing your bot token, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Creator acts as a Service Provider under Discord’s Developer Terms of Service and may access and use Discord APIs and API Data solely to operate the Bot for you and at your direction.
• The Creator will not use the APIs or API Data for any other purpose.
• You remain responsible for all activity that occurs through the Bot instance in your server and must use TempVoice in compliance with these Terms, Discord’s Terms of Service, and Discord’s Community Guidelines.
• When you stop using TempVoice or the Creator ceases to provide the service, any API Data in their possession or control will be promptly deleted as required by Discord’s Developer Terms.

TempVoice may collect minimal data necessary to provide its functionality, such as Discord User IDs, Server IDs, and command usage. This data is not sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law. For full details, see our Privacy Policy: https://tempvoice.xyz/privacy.

TempVoice, including all associated code, features, designs, trademarks, and content, is the sole property of the Creator or its licensors and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, modification, or sublicensing is strictly prohibited.

1. TempVoice is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind.
2. The Creator does not warrant that the Bot will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of vulnerabilities.
3. All warranties, express or implied—including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement—are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. The Creator reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue the Bot or its features at any time without notice or liability.
5. The Creator is not responsible for any third-party integrations, services, or downtime, including outages or disruptions caused by Discord or other external platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Creator shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, service interruption, loss of profits, or other damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use TempVoice—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Creator may terminate your access to the Bot at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. You may also cease use at any time.

Upon termination, your license to use TempVoice will immediately cease. If your Premium subscription is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund.

The Creator reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 7 days in advance via https://tempvoice.xyz or the official Discord server. Continued use of TempVoice after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
