Right to Withdrawal

This Right of Withdrawal ("Policy") explains your legal right, as protected under European Union law 2011/83/EU, to withdraw a subscription within 14 days without stating any reason for the TempVoice Discord bot (Discord Application ID: 762217899355013120) ("TempVoice" or "the Bot"), operated by Jonah Wilke ("the Creator").

1. Exercise of the Policy

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. The contract is concluded once your subscription is confirmed by the payment provider Stripe. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify the Creator of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear and unambiguous declaration. This can be submitted either:

or by contacting the Discord user @excordo via https://discord.gg/tempvoice
or directly on the Premium page after login into your Discord account (required to find your payment)

If you notify the Creator via email, please use the same email address that was used during registration. If you no longer have access to that email, contact the Creator through Discord to verify your identity and ensure legitimacy.

Withdrawal requests must be made within the 14-day period. Any requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

Upon valid withdrawal, the Creator will refund all payments received from you in connection with the contract within 14 days from the date the notice of withdrawal is received. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Once the refund is processed, all access rights and benefits associated with TempVoice Premium will be immediately and permanently revoked.

3. Model Withdrawal Form

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may use this template. You are not obliged to use it, any clear and unambiguous statement is sufficient.
